It hardly makes any sense, imo.

I'm just trying to make sense of this decision



The ticker was attempting to break .10 cents resistance, once broken, was on its way to .18 cents to .45 cents to fill the gap.

Then a monkey wrench got thrown into this upbeat excitement.
