It sounds as if Chan is emphasizing a 'niche' market for IGEN as having all the 'moving parts' of larger companies without those high costs to the consumer; and as such can compete ahead of the pack against the smaller cos which would have to rely on subs to supply those elements that the small guys don't have in-house.
(Aii that with the large footprint of Central America and US with Prolog partner's fleet, logistical support, reputation, customer base, etc as support/foundation. I am, however perplexed that none of the US govt agencies over the last three years, with one county exception, haven't signed up with IGEN. What is the missing link?
