Let's think in terms of the company's resilience... What happens to market cap if something bad happens to bill? Who would be next in succession? We, as stockholders, need to consider all possibilities. I'm faily sure the company's inability to impress investors is cause for enormous stress for our "leader" and his entourage. Just thinking out loud.
