So help me to understand this. VPLM "supposedly" has rock-solid patents that are used and infringed on each and every day 24/7 by numerous huge companies with ongoing lawsuits that some think will result in financial judgements. The problems are as follows:

1) There have been $0 in any financial judgements to prove the patents

2) No one on wall street believes the story and talks about them

3) The company will NEVER receive judgements that are in-line with the level of infringements claimed by the CEO.

4) Some investors on this forum would be doing cartwheels for an acquisition at .20 which is not nearly what the company would be worth if the patents were real.


The bottom line is if this were such a "lucrative" opportunity with so many favorable judgements coming the company's way then why would she(or anyone at this level) sell their shares? The answer is obvious!! Because it's all a farce!!
