NICE does not decide if Multikine will be approved for use in the UK. They will make the decision on if it will be paid for by the national health care system (and what price they will pay for it).

It is MHRA that will have to make the approval decision, and that is kicked off by an MAA which could be a ways out.

BTW, for NWBO's DCVax-L the NICE process kicked off 7 years ago, suspended then restarted a year ago. And still no MAA submission.
