Thier "Rules" don't supercede laws in the jurisdiction they make the request.
The lawyers, representing the OTCM made a firma request in writing, representing thier client. Apparently ignorant of the fact that it was in fact illegal to make such a request as protected by law and verified by the company,and the SA Government .
You step into someone else's back yard you better know the law. They broke jurisdictional sovereignty idiot. Doesn't matter where the company is registered.
The OTCM tried to play God and got thier asses spanked back across the Atlantic by the SA Government. Now they have that problem along with the over half billion in pending lawsuits and arbitration cases against them. Getting a little hot over there..lmao
