In S.A.S.H. (Super Anti-Sunpac Hater) defense in the holiday spirit I believe S.A.S.H was referring to PT.IDN Solar.Tech relationship.and making Indonesian SPP solar panels.

Which with the GEP NEW ENERGY 2 YEAR EXCLUSIVE DEAL it does appears to be correct.

This deal happen shortly after Biden put a 2 year halt on foreign solar panels tariffs making it unnecessary for PT.IDN to sell panels in the US under SPP name at this time.

I have confirmation via e-mail that PT.IDN partneshipr remains in helping SNPW develop and build EPC as stated in the 8K.
