I was told (at least 1 year ago, maybe two now) that we had already lined up experienced build out companies AND management of the processes, throughput. Well, if that's the case - then I think that argument is moot (in that we find the best to do it is part of the delay). If my statement is wrong - then I was told (and pretty sure it was also in shareholder updates) incorrectly.

Also, wouldn't it make more sense for a company we hire to be bought into the fact that we OWN the land on which they will work? Every day of delay of closing means those companies cannot staff up appropriately, build their offices, plan for resources, do all their fun HR activities, etc. I mean, If I was the best petroleum build out company in the world - would I focus my efforts with a company who OWNS the land, or one still planning on buying it after 3+ years of talking about it?


This is me playing devil's advocate..... Sense we don't hear from those in the know.
