I don't know if it is wise to delay revenue, to kick start build out. Perhaps a few thousand saved here and there - but what about the revenue due to mixing, storage, and distribution from the land? So saving money on closing and bringing in NO revenue on land vs buildout commencing, with LOI conditional contracts being kicked off due to land build out? I don't see where the first option is better than the second. I know I am not privy to the decision making - I'd like to think it makes sense to SONEONE in the know. But I haven't seen an adequate explanation here on the board or speaking to others on why a delay is better than a buildout.

waiting on better deal = 0$
Building out kicks off the revenue and PRs and contracts > 0$
