The market seldom does what we expect so definitely enjoy it when it does.
I was just saying in my previous post when you have multiple people bragging about multiple flips and that’s what many have done here they have to wait for dry powder. This will likely not fly too high till tomorrow or Friday. But hey that’s just imo.
