Final determination by NioCorp of possible rare earth production can be made only after NioCorp publishes a new Feasibility Study, expected to occur as early as possible in 2024.

I seem to recall an interview earlier this year when Mark said something about the final processing steps (something like 125 steps) that needed to be done to complete the demo plant work after which the feasibility of extracting REE could be determined. Perhaps I am not recalling this accurately or perhaps it is completion of the demo plant work (now completed) PLUS FURTHER STUDIES.

It is what it is. I think it will happen eventually. I think a Stellantis offtake is likely "soon" (whatever that means). Ultimately, I think Elk Creek will be developed and REE will be included. It's just taking much much longer than anticipated.
