I'm not an idiot... he's not baiting me. I know his angle and I like to pick it apart which either exposes his intention or hey, it could be a valid concern and something to keep in the back of my brain as an investor.

It's good to know about the licensing stuff and be aware as an investor, but it's not something that needs to be discussed hourly. He reads the fins and points out the bad stuff and again, good to be aware of but we do our homework and see if we come to the same conclusions.

And yes, I don't want to promote a demotor, but sometimes answering his concerns may answer a new investor's concerns. You and I have actually talked to Tony and know the backstory.
