PickleJar is a big idea, and we have robust roadmap. Uplifting is part of our growth strategy as a way to differentiate our offering and improve liquidity. Of course, this takes time, technical/legal mechanics, and access to a larger pool of investors. As always, we look at this process through the lens of shareholder value, corporate governance, and organic/institutional investor support.

While I cannot speak for how the market values the Company, we are continuing to grow market penetration across all lines of business. Additionally, the unit economics for VMS are the leading catalyst for the growth capital we are pursuing.
