Exactly the less factual info she had made it easier to kill VP.
I agree with this and personally I would agree to a buyout like you want, the only thing I disagreed with was why some rulings were overturned like VHC and VLSI, and VP doesn’t seem to have those skeletons in their closet. But I get your point.
