Create confidence in whom for the long-term?

The OP even directly states that Tad should "let the stock CRATER on HIS WATCH over the ensuing months." So over several months, just let it drop what, like 80%? How does that create confidence for the long-term, even if you've cleaned up the shell?

Neither Tad nor an incoming RM partner give a shit about current shareholders.

The idea is to CLEAN UP THE SHELL so it's an easy sale to a legit RM partner who can then take it and run w/ it.

This shouldn't be that difficult to understand, but I'm happy to agree to disagree cuz it doesn't matter what anybody wants, it appears Tad has no plan to clean it up as I suggest, so the incoming RM partner will be forced to screw-over everyone instead.

Just keep your finger near the sell-button on incoming hype and you'll be fine as long as you click the mouse before the dump.
