The court ruling regarding Mr. Doppler we must abide by. IF warranted, we will pay the amount declared by the court. We are presently determining our best course of action and if it is truly required for us to pay the amount in full. In the worst case scenario, we will pay monies outstanding.
We are worried about the decline in our company's share price and are exploring avenues for an adequate solution. As for some of your members posting pics, we abide by a strict company policy that any and all pictures will only be posted on our company website. There has been to much misinformation circulating and this is the best way for us to protect ourselves and the company. Anyone is more than welcomed to visit our site to view pictures and any progress.
We are still in process of securing a geologist. Many issues are coming up namely security of geologist and insurances related. Trying to find one that is accomodating to our budget is what we are trying to do. The problem we have is that the information from Colombia is not presented in a way that most N.American investors would seek comfort in. The obvious solution is to have a independent geologist confirm all data received and make sure its acceptable. Until that it makes no difference in our opinion to publicate information we dont feel comfortable about. Frustrating as it is, a true transparent assessment of production and properties is the only way we will be able reinstill confidence and propel share price forward.
>One last request, is it possible that you could arrange for the IHUB MGMX web page to have some authorized pictures for our site. Most of our members are long term investors and a few authorized pictures would really pick up the moral. We have a few posters who are really annoyed about everything, but I just deal with them to the best of my ability. But I ask for the long term investors who are down some 90% I think it would be a very nice gesture on your part and it would certainly go a long way in the Public Relations department.

We do not plan on a RS as we feel that once we can confirm all surveys and results, this will be the strength needed to combat low pps.
