10-Q looks like they need 1/2 bil+ shares to true up things
maybe read it and try and understand that the AS vs OS
has a big problem brewing.
where does one think those 650 mil of extra shares the company
had to book in 2022 and 2023 will be coming from?
the company sure as hell isn't paying back that 500k+.
kazi thinks the R/S is already scheduled and nothing will be able to stop it
based on how the filing reads
no expiration on the approved 4000:1 Reverse Split option.

just ask drugman. he might tell ya the same thing?
