Does anyone really believe a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company would spend all this time hanging with a company that was a scam?

Does anyone really believe they wouldn't have the resources to thoroughly vet Nick Campanella before offering him a Global Partnership?

Does anyone really believe they would keep that partnership active for years without any current benefit to them if they didn't have a long term plan for SNPW?

I 'll share what I fear, hoping I am wrong and if not I can execute my exist right before it does happen.

There will be a RS, not sure of the size but there will be one.

After the reverse split Fox-Ess will reverse merger into SNPW and become a public company with a manufacturing facility in the US, that can offer the complete solar package.

Before that happens there will be a significant rise in stock price as EPC starts showing progress and SPP store will start producing revenue.
