Watch for the.00055- or 5–6-digit trades coming off. This is your dilution indicator.

They can and will mask it in the .0005, which will be the languish area until we get a catalyst.
The only way we get to .001 and it will not happen today and until they curb the dilution our MC will be affected and will result in a downdraft.
Remember, for every share sold is a buyer. Notice the .00055 going on as a buy. This was a dilution sell, but immediately went to a retail buyer this is part of the masking. So far about 16m is dilution in this current session.

Also, a high-volume day means a high dilution factor. The shares coming from dilution has to stay within the SEC rules or laid out in the financial 10q from last quarter.
