Let me get this straight. The company's patents have SUPPOSEDLY been infringed upon and are worth "billions and billions" of ONGOING revenues, yet people would be happy with a measly one billion dollar judgement? So in other words the company has technology worth Microsoft type of captive dollars and they would be happy with this? If so it would only validate what a sham this company is and prove that the patents are worth little versus the claims. Would have been like Microsoft selling the company for $1 a share.
