LOL, They have an active regulation "A" offering that was first qualified over a year ago that isn't viable with this share structure and narrative. Few are buying this stock now without the added pressure of any conversions. The stock is worthless to the company in terms of raising capital no matter the size of the authorized share count. You have a lot of catching up to do before commenting on this ticker.

So huge spread between AS 10B and OS 3.72 B… no brainer we have a lot of wiggle room for massive dilution here? When is next news, offering?
