LOL. Without the lawsuits, most of which were indeed filed by JPS holders, 5th Circuit would not have declared the NWS illegal, and Mnuchin would not have stopped the NWS in 2019. The fact that FnF have since built up capital (today $120B net worth) - which also benefits commons (could reduce dilution) - is thanks to the JPS lawsuits.

The real enemy of FHFA and Treasury is greed.
