The junior preferred will go to courts (rightfully). Let them go to court and win. It will take 5 years. Appeal as much as you can if you are the govt. Juniors will still win. By that time company would have tons of cash to pay the juniors what they want from the court wins. We would have bot 7 years more to their agony which is what FhFa and tsy want for ruining their decade with case after case. Ps deserve it as well :)
