Dont have an understanding of why you think people cant see this. We obviously can , it is pointed out frequently enough.
Your question seems more be: why does anyone purchase stock of a company that is selling more shares, i.e. diluting.

Well, we undertand why this is happening, too. We well know than smaller, younger companies fund part of their growth by selling stock.
Most of us knew going in that almost 2 billion shares we already issued. A few of us out here are not as naïve as you might have us think.

It might surprize you to learn that some us do not regard you as a truth-seeking super-hero who selflessly posts warnings to unwary, vulnerable babes in the OTC woods .

Truly, I doubt any of this is news to you. Just sayin' .
