JRVR, looking at the SEC filings, the float is approx.........
32 mil. shares heres the details.....
State the number of shares outstanding of the issuer's common stock as of latest practicable date (June 30, 2003): 17,632,750 shares
add to that an S-8 in Aug. for 25 mil., of those shares 17 mil. went for employee stock incentive plan and 8 mil for consultants. So the total O/S is ~ 42 mil.
The float is 32 mil since the insiders own ~ 10 million shares according to the 10k.
