Jake's Response to $IFLM FUD

I've noticed posts circulating regarding my (Jake P. Noch) past association with $IFLM. To clarify, my involvement with $IFLM occurred when I was 18 years old, attempting a hostile takeover of a distressed publicly traded company, $IFLM. In summary, I never assumed the role of CEO or management for that company. Instead, an individual named Theo Hanson, who claims to cure cancer with eight boxes of baking soda and eight shots of vodka{not a joke that was his actual proposed business plan), took over due to the last-minute creation of a poison pill by the management of $IFLM that I then tried to contest in court.

Today, you'll see that he's done nothing with $IFLM. I definitely would've been active when rolling out my business plan for $IFLM if I had been successful, but ultimately I was not in my takeover attempt, and to this day, Theo is still the CEO and COB of $IFLM. So, anyone who is mad at the fade of $IFLM can thank Theo Hanson, as I personally lost a lot of money, just like many other people, because of Theo Hanson refusing to actually run a company and refusing to make any disclosures on it, resulting in it getting moved to the expert market and having a CE placed on it.

I'd also like to add that you fail 100% of the hostile takeovers you don't attempt.
