No. The 'gold mines' were not explained. $mONI never even said that WERE gold mines. The first half of the scam was the 'gold processing plant' that Nathan Hall was trying to sucker numbskulls into well before FronkO entered the scene. The second part was an additional processing facility dealeo that never closed. The third part of the scam was the third or was it fourth generation Incan Indian Gold Guy, which was stupid and culturally insensitive because the artifacts and civilization was called "Incan." The people are called Quechua.

And $mONI did not explain the failure in any way that made a lick of sense.

Of course, I thought the whole business was suspect to begin with and some will remember that I warned about the positive "Net Expense" in the PR - which is a LOSS. When your Net Expenses are $500/day, the business is losing $500 every day. It's not rocket science.

Sheesh.

And if FronkO paid a dime for the $2 billion shares, he really is a moron. THE ONLY SHARES THAT COUNT ARE THE PREFERRED A CONTROLLING SHARES.

But hey, if you need an explanation of that, go talk to the 500,000 Preferred A shareholders. Surely one of them can explain it.
