All of the manipulation is by Holman. He needs to do the buyback while the share price is so low. It will take a lot of shares out of the equation. More important than that is to retire the other 300 billion authorized shares. Do those two things and watch the share price rise sharply. The less shares available, the more they are worth. Simple math.
