NO. mira. I have way too many conflicts of interest with other clients to be a Board member of PLUG.

And I don't think they would like hearing my valid criticisms. I am sure it would be very awkward for a Board member to ask what the Risk Adjusted Rate of Capital Employed and ROI are on a Green Hydrogen plant in Georgia is, before the company starts spending money.

I suspect, no one in the Company or on the Board knows the answer, even today.

And I would have asked for Paul's resignation long ago. But he's as good as you can find in a One-Horse, Backwater like Latham, I guess.
