There's not a lot of news to unpack in that.

First quarter 2023 results and full 2022 were reported some time back.

Production at the relocated factory has been seriously impeded by delays in equipment supply and installation, a leaking roof and a leak from the sprinklers.

They are producing a new line of drinks (bottled) called ElectroSport in four flavors, and another new line (canned) called Rocky Mountain High 9.5pH Sparkling Water also in four flavors.

"The Company is working to remedy its Form 10-Q filings deficiencies for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2023. It is imperative that the Company timely files all of its periodic financial reports. It has taken the necessary steps to ensure timely reporting going forward."
