The Lordstown Motors plant still hasn't been paid for by Foxconn. Lordstown sued Foxconn for payment but also sabotage of Lordtown Motors.

I believe this is why Fisker still has no deal with Foxconn to build the Pear in Lordstown as they may lose the plant for not paying Lordstown Motors in full and sabotaged Lordstown Motors because of it.

Lordstown Motors was given First Day Motions by the Court giving Lordstown Motors rights to the Employees wages with Plant and Maintenance costs
