It is a performance vs plan issue. Summed up "ASTC Cannot Walk The Talk". It has been a complete failure. It has missed every target and every market they have talked about. Business is not easy. A bad B-Plan makes it harder, and poor leadership makes it impossible. ASTC checks ALL the boxes for a failed business. History repeats, BAD leadership NEVER gets better. Failure breeds Failure. ASTC is a classic DRY HOLE.
