FINRA has been making companies wait 12-18 months to get stuff done.

If Rick told you that, he either is misled himself, or intentionally misled you.

I wouldn't know which, or why. Regardless, Rick didn't stick around too long did he...

Do you have examples of FINRA "holding up" legit OTC RMs for longer than a few months?
