The @hpnn CEO Peter fraudster Michaels just disclosed that HPNN is broke and can't pay ANY of its obligations. But he did increase the HPNN share authorization by another 3 billion shares, so he will be diluting as fast as he can before investors find out.



Just noticing many are laughing and ridiculing the HPNN CEO and pointing out that he can dilute 3 billion more shares with a gagged "unverified" transfer agent so it will be months before investors find out shares are maxed-out.
