Usually if a big contract is signed, they can get backing either by a bank or big investor by giving restricted shares. If the diluting (although sometimes needed), doesn’t slow down or stop, people will exit fast. All the cheerleading and fluff won’t help. Believe me, if it is big news, they’ll be people racing to get in and put down big bucks.
