I honestly believe that IMGN should bring more than this, and hope that before the close we either get other offers, or the Institutions holding most of the shares play hardball and reject the offer.

It's nice to have a win, but as an investor in IMGN since it initially became public, I believe it should be worth more than what's been offered. I thought $40 should have been the least management would accept.
