Read the ruling in pdf. Same judge that dismissed the original case was the one that ruled against motion to dismiss in the new rewritten motion based on social life is allowed some interest payments back. Which is a MINISCULE amount, LESS THAN $10K. SO, NO 40M FOR THE LYING GRIFTERS!!!
