B_B - A Santa Claus Rally ? Good numbers out of Washington, Good news from GM, ... But nothing good from PLUG ?

External catalysts are nice, but I am more impressed with a company's actual catalysts, which have mostly been NEGATIVE lately. Q-3 ER. "Going Concern".

We all need to be ready for an ugly Q-4 ER. December and NO Tennessee and NO Georgia ?

Without a major positive catalyst, PLUG's down trend will continue , and every rally will fade within days.
