shotsky...

When I said "unethical" within my posts, I also said "maybe" because there are certain details that could lead one to have the perception that NHMD would not be venturing off into this huge deal if it were not for John Park and JP Energy. It really doesn't matter to me as long as they follow through with closing what they say they are doing. Hopefully they know that they are going to have to release the names of the companies or key parties involved providing them with the help or there is a strong chance that the market is not going to believe that it is real because of Nate's past failures. I have nothing against Nate, but it looks like how the market could be interpreting things for now. I have seen some CEOs conquer this and I also have seen some that have not conquered such a reputation.

Look, I'm rooting for Nate and his team, but there are some things that could have been handled better. Bottom line, it won't matter as long as they deliver. NHMD moved from .0001/.0002 to the high .002s because of John Park being on board and not because of Nate. Please understand that this is not me judging Nate, but this is a fact based on looking at the price increases in NHMD and why. Nate is likely a very nice guy, but the market right now has him stereotyped for being a failure within the market regardless to how unfairly the label is given. If he truly closes on this deal while announcing those key companies or entities involved, then it would help him with earning some credibility within the market.

I think now the best thing for them to do is to officially part ways with John Park and JP Energy so that we all as shareholders in NHMD can truly turn the page to stop wondering if something is going on with that situation or not since it's strongly apparent that it's not anything going on with them anymore. Based on the deal that they have filed in their 8-K, it looks like it was a good thing for NHMD shareholders for them to move forward as they are doing.
