Couldn’t agree more, many of the nuances are apparent.

The company has been claiming they want “Nasdaq approval” but I don’t see a Form 10 nor S-1 filed with Edgar since 2019 when Mick Davis withdrew an S-1. When I mentioned this to crimson, I received this reply - a non-understanding of the difference between a market and an exchange.
