Gunvor signed a 15 year SPA with Delfin for .5-1 MTPA. They also mentioned in the PR that they are nearing "FID on three vessels"!! First time we've heard the mention of a three vessel FID. It's a strong indicator that things are moving along nicely. I've been theorizing that the focus on the Asian markets will yield enough SPA's to put Delfin in the position to build all four FLNGV's at once.
