They cover their tracks well, but links to sites that WILL allow you to short PNMS(PYPR) have been posted on this board -

It is not even debated that off-shore hedge funds short stocks -

TDWaterhouse and Ameritrade merged -

TD Waterhouse is "Toronto Dominion Bank" and they advertize on their web-site that they cater to hedge funds as clients -

Ameritrade clients cannot buy -

TD Waterhouse clients can (only way they can cover their shorts)
