You don't think Max is a good leader. The guy has been in Microsoft, T-Mobile, Dell, AT&T, and many others. But that last PR saying he had a bulk sale with Newegg kind of irked me. Although Newegg has been doing a good sales campaign. Not sure how much that cost is. As time goes on the VOS sales could go way up, nobody knows. But Max, Jerome, and Bob have done a great job on working on getting the word out there without costing too much. It wouldn't be worth it to pay $5M dollars to advertise to get $5M in sales now would it. So, how much should they pay to advertise? Well first thing first is determining the price that the VOS should be sold at. Between $250 and $315 seems to be the ideal price. Now factor in profits per piece which goes down when sold in bulk. So perhaps Max did sell a conditional bulk sale, with the condition that Newegg can sell at least 90% of them.

But now is the time for Max to choose the next move for the share structure. Will he just simply raise the AS to 25B or does he do the reverse split and whoever sells so be it. How much would that hurt the share price if he did do a RS? Would it hurt at all? You never know with this one. So that is my big concern here at the moment, so I am prepared and waiting.
