That's so short sighted. Eventually, restricted shares get UNrestricted.

Also, the ever-increasing restricted share count will eventually cause the A/S to get maxed out, causing the company to increase the A/S. But I'm sure that'll be ignored as well.

Oops, they did it again. Teresa is the new Britney Spears. 🤣

Btw, at $.01, that $300,000 of stock value they just gave to "someone". Meaningless? I think not.

Check out the last time they had to increase the A/S because of all the restricted stock they had to issue because they couldn't earn any revenue to pay expenses and salaries. There, btw, is the downside that you choose to ignore. There's no company here.
