we are on expert, investors aren't accumulating. it is either PDIV through their mm or shorters covering. and i don't see any reason for shorters to cover.

"come up empty handed" really ? i keep coming up full handed. there are still shares to be converted, someone keeps buying shares and PDIV still has boat loads of shares.
