This tanked because many now realize the significance of the FINRA problem and that the missing filings are yes, still an issue. It has not been "put to bed" as the lying pumpers have been claiming.

That very may well be insurmountable.

If so then the ticker is toast.

What real company would ever merge in when it knows it will never be able to affect a name and ticker change but even more importantly any forward or reverse split?

There are plenty of shells out there for sale, it would be ludicrous to pick this one.

The most one could hope for is some real trash crap pump and dump stuff. Fortunately that is right up the alley of our resident lying pumpers here.
