IMO, they can’t sell shares with only 1 bil available at .0005 without a revenue source, LocalBTV being shut down. Fully diluted, 1 bil may not even be enough to cover current preferred conversion. I’m guessing the preferred holders won’t be affected by a split, that’s why Kiss wanted it lower before he converted his note the company can’t pay. Duh! There’s a reason those big 13g holders want preferred at a friendly conversion rate, not common at .0005 like us chumps. They know they can’t sell commons in any qty without sending it lower. They need a higher pps to sell into collectively. Revenue isn’t going to raise the pps so a reverse is likely imo.
