Most of the time when reading filings in the OTC you look for convertible debt, or any kind of debt vs revenue, along with shares issued and outstanding. There is no issue with GDVM and debt, and there is no issue with R vs Margin. What is an issue is the lack of follow through. I'll leave it at that because I've always felt Melvin deserved the benefit of the doubt. Let's see if the Cert's are renewed, and CISCO Gold is achieved. That's now on the agenda for the next Q, as Melvin stated. I always believe what people say until actions dictate otherwise. Probably a character flaw. Let's see what Melvin does. GLTA!
