Finra is ‘concerned’. If you are concerned; you don’t approve until you are no longer concerned. Fins are missing, George doesn’t have them; so how will the ‘concern’ be alleviated?

“Management continues to cooperate with FINRA at its own expense in order to achieve the name & symbol changes.”

Cooperation means providing the missing fins which are…missing! This appears to be a loop situation with no positive outcome. Why would Finra allow it without the missing fins?

The Market agrees and that’s why it’s dumping.
