the only people that will benefit is congress and legislator and the hegdefund who funded congress/legislator/SEC/DTCC. just like how whose benefitting from AMC. AA? Hedgefund? Retail? APE? AA making million selling share and being a C.E.O. and Hedgefund making millions selling option and fake share to the retail and APE who think they are winning by buying and holding the same share that benefit hedgefund and AA while APE just lose their saving account that they put in during the hype train. the smart APE/Retail flip and bail long time ago taking millions and hundred thousands of money they make, while the "hopeful" one thinking they might have a chance by buying and holding but in reality they can hold this stock for 20+ years and nothing will happen.
